I wrote a vba program that looks for keywords that are in a website. The keywords are stored in an excel file. The vba program retrieves each keyword using the cell method and then searches for that keyword in a website. Currently the vba program takes about 6 seconds to go through 400 keywords. Is a way to make the search faster?
Would it makes a different if I load all the keywords in the excel file to RAM before doing the search? I'd like the search time to be about 1 second for 10,000 keywords.
Also, my cpu usage is only about 30% during search process and I have an I5 processor. Is there a way to decerase the search time by telling vba to utilize more cpu time?
