Object - Scripting.Dictionary

I have seen a lot of experts use the Object - Scripting.Dictionary

However, i am unable to find information about the same that would make the idea of it clear to me.

Can some one guide me about the usage of the object?

Thanx a Ton for the reply.

I meant to say I found information but that Information I read was not clear enough to understand the concept. Hence I was hoping experts can make the Idea clear in simple language.

Anyways, thank you for the link.. I'd go through it and try to understand..
