Match Value in Sheet 1 with Sheet 2, copy entire row from sheet 1 to new sheet

Hi All, i'm stuck with this issue for quite some time. some help is required.

i have an excel sheet which need me to compare the unique values between the 2 sheets, and copy the entire row to the a new sheet if values match.

see attachment for sample of the data i'm working with.

sheet 2 is a delivery manifest i have. sheet 1 is GPS extract of the address the truck has been to.

i would like to match the postal code on both sheets and if any postal code matches, the entire row from sheet 1 will be copied onto sheet 3 (blank sheet)

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

PS: the samlpe data do not have any matching postal code.

None of the two columns match. My test code returns nil

AB33: u r right. none of the columns matched. i did mention it.
