Creating a Tracking Item Spreadsheet by Customer

Hi all!,
I am trying to Track items being bought by Custoomer Name then put the date under the Item Colum .
Sheet1 will be the list that i will keep adding from another data pull, but i need to Put name of Customer and put the date of purchase under the Item Colum on sheet2.
