Based on a selection copy and paste data to another sheet

Hi all

I've attached a small file can somebody pls see if the can help me, I think it is going to be pretty simple but obviously not simple enough for me to do

I want to select a certain criteria as well as a date selection and the relevant data to be displayed in a sheet, should I select another criteria it should be dislayed in the same range

Txs so much for your help I really appreciate it works 100%, almost battled with the ambigious name issue but sorted it out with another command button. One last question:

The criteria for the example I gave you works perfectly if I for example would add another selection criteria would be a problem or would I be able to just add another combobox and change the coding to excecute the second combobox criteria?
