Our firm has many clients where we generate summary reports for every client.We have raw data based on which a summary report is already prepared for every client.But we are finding few errors in the Summary report and we are indeed trying to capture it in a exception report.We receive rawdata and summary report in sequence for all the clients which is saved in a folder.
Along with it is the master file containing details of the client number and client name.
Aim to open the two worksheets of each client at a time, copy the raw data from work sheet1 and 4 reports from worksheet2 ,compare them and prepare the exception report.
Example: I have uploaded 4 files of two clients client 02,42.The raw data file will always be succeeded by the summary monthly report.So the aim is to open the client 42 raw data and monthly report worksheets at a time and check the client number in the master file.
If yes,then copy raw data,summary 1,summary2 summary3 and summary4 sheets in the master file sheet as i have named it and compare the below values and output will be saved with the client number & client name &exception report & .Xls in other folder.
This will continue until all the client raw data and monthly summary details are compared.
Below should be the out put format..
