    Find a (Word) in column G and add a new complete blank row below continuously.

    I have basis VBA macro understanding and work with very large spreadsheets. I would like to create the following 2 macros to simplify some tedious tasks.

    Find a (Word) in column G and add a new complete blank row below continuously.

    I would also like a marco to:

    Find a (WORD) in column E and delete row, plus the following 2 rows below continuously.
