Lock part of the sheet when day passed.

Hi all.

I have a workbook with many sheets. Actually there are 3 Sheets(One Master and other two with other informations) and many others. So many as the working days of a specific month, named eatch one as one working date of a month. Example 010413, 020413, 030413 etc.....

In C1 of these sheets exist the same date as the sheet name. Example: For sheet!010413, in C1 exist the date
01/04/2013.

What i need is: When date in C1 of eatch sheet is passed, then Columns A:T in this sheet be locked and no one could type anything in these columns.He will be able to see anything but not able to change anything. No one except the one that would have a password.

Any ideas pls?
