can u help me to make a macro code that will search and select a text using textbox in specific column and select also a fix cells simultaneosly.

for example... i will put the word "flower" in textbox and it will search from a1:r1 after find it and select, the code will select also the p1 but the previous selected should be retain. so i select to cells at a time.

    Hey Fucell,

It's a little bit hard to understand without any sample (if you have an sample, please upload)

But hearing your story I would simply solve it by using a Vlookup/Hlookup function instead of an macro.

=Vlookup(cell containing text; range fixed cels; cell with answer)

Re: select two different range simultaneously

    i attached one example.

the button on the left will show a form in which u can search a word..

what i need is after finding a specific word in a cell, i want to select also N1 which is name by file in use.

so basically i have two selected cells. the search and the fix N1 which should be selected after a search.

Thanks you somuch for your response.. hoping to solve it soon.
