Export Shifts from Excel to outlook or Google Calendar

    Hi,

I've been banging my head on the screen for a few days with this one.

I get my shifts from work given to me in a large spreadsheed with everyone elses shifts on too.

formatted with column A, week number then dates,
Column B the week day by name,
Column C the staff members name in line with the week number then the shift. e.g 08:00-16:00.
Ocationally there is a difference wth the shifts e.g FM 08:00-16:00

I'm trying to get possibly a macro to run directly from this spreadsheet or to copy out my shifts with the date to a seperate workbook and run a macro from there to split the cells and enter the correct format so it will then import into outlook or create a .csv file that i can then import into the calendars.

So Far I managed to get nested IF statements to copy from one sheet and work out the correct format on sheet 2
I've to copy the date, and shifts to a new workbook for this to work.

Any help with this would be much apreciated. I'm spending too much time copying the dates into 2 different calendars every 2 weeks.
