Copy Rows to New Worksheets Based on Fluctuating Text Cell Values

Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time and helping me with my dilema. I have searched and searched and, probably because I am a VBA novice, cannot find exactly what I need.
I have seen a couple of posts that seem similar to my issue, but there are no additional posts to the questions. My fingers are crossed that maybe my problem is not as demanding.

Here is my dilema: I am using Excel 2010 and I would like to program my spreadsheet to:

1 - Copy entire rows based on column A's general cell value to a new worksheet.
2 - Copy the same header row to each new worksheet.
3 - Copy all formulas.
4 - Use the cell value in A2 to name each new worksheet.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet.

I am hopeful my dilema can be resolved quickly by the EXCEL gods!

Perhaps like this?

To test run macro "Split_data". If you do a rerun macro starts by deliting all sheets except "Sheet1" then it extracts info and adds sheets based unique numbers in column A.

To mark your thread solved do the following:
- Go to the first post
- Click edit
- Click Advance
- Just below the word "Title:" you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
- Change to Solve
- Click Save
