textbox color based on worksheet color

I have searched and searched and can not find how to change a textbox color based on the color of a cell. If anyone knows a good source please let me know. I have gone back to page 900 and cannot find he info I need, to make it clear to this feeble mind anyway. Thanks in advance.

Thanks stnyuts, That will get me started I hope. I searched all kinds of places and different titles, but did not locate anything like this. I will work on it for a few days, then I might have to yell for some help.
