Viewing Forms from VBA Created .exe

I have an .exe file that launches a contact database allowing user data entry for new contacts that has MS Access backend. Some of the user forms to enter contact info were created in VBA. This exe used to link to MS Outlook. When I try to launch the exe at a differerent location, it is trying to connect to outlook and can not. I imagine a new IP address has to be entered. That is the first problem, the biggest problem is that I just want to open the file to see what my data entry screens looked like to access the templates/forms so I can have a new DB made with Excel and Access. Is there a way to bypass the exe linking to outlook so I can see code and templates. PS I only have the MS Access DB with all my data and have no clue where the original templates are that made my user forms for data entry. The Access DB has a few tables and they are all linked properly.
