Sticky Toolbox over userform. How can I close it permanently?

I have this application that shows up a form with the result of a search. It started to show up the little square toolbox of the VBA creation mode over the userform.
I tried to open the form, close the toolbox and save the file in several ways, in various PCs, but it always comes back!
All I got was to discover that XLS files grows its size without any new data added on it, just by saving it in different systems. Why?

Are these two problems part of the same thing, like cache or something?

Ok! I guess I worked it out! There must be something to do with Creation Mode on at the time I saved the file... whatever!
