Filter 3 columns does not contain

Hi I need a macro code that would filter 3 columns for does not contain

I need to filter Column P and Col. T that does not contain the value in Cell CL2. Please note prior to this I already filtered other Columns. I don't know the vba code of doesn't contain. after that i need to select the visible rows (A:CI) down in the filtered "Raw Data" tab excluding headers and paste it to the Filtered tab after headers.

in the first set i filtered for those containing now in the second set, it's the other way around

do you have any idea how to select the visible cells excluding the headers and pasting these cells to another sheet after headers or selecting the next blank cell?
