Consolidation/another method to pull info from several sheets to one.

    Hi

Hoping there is a way to do this.

I have 6 sheets, 1 for each surveyor to input information from a report - forming a list of surveys they have attended with findings - each sheet has the same format/setup.

I then have a master sheet where I ideally would like to pull the lists from each surveyor sheet so I have the full list.

Im not sure that consolidate is the right thing any help would be gratefully received,

    Thanks

    Kat

Post an example workbook - the FAQ describes how to attach a file to a post.

Try this code - each time you make any change to the individual sheets, just run the macro. It will clear the contents of the Summary sheet and re-load with fresh data from all the other sheets.

    Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
    Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
    Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button
