Macro to format list (varying length)

Good Morning All,

I am looking for a simple macro that can format a list that varies in size. The list would be 1 column (Column A) and could contain anywhere from 1 to 999 IDs (varies daily).

Here is an example of a before and after:

Before:
**Note each item in the list will be exactly 6 characters

User01
User02
User03
User04
User05

After:

(uid=User01)
(uid=User02)
(uid=User03)
(uid=User04)
(uid=User05)

do you need the contents changed or only the format? a custom number format would cater for the appearance
