Search for duplicates in sheet and display in another sheet

Hi,
I'm sure this is simple for a lot of you guys, but I'm rubbish at this sort of thing so hopefully you can help?

I've got a worksheet which records a number of reference numbers and some free text information in each row (including NomRef in Column A and OffRef in Column C). I want to search NomRef/Column A to find duplicates. I then want to return the duplicate reference number in another worksheet, count the number of times it was duplicated and then if possible list OffRef numbers recorded against the duplicated rows in a cell. If its possible I'd also like to be able to click on the duplicated (primary, from column a) reference number and have it take me to the source worksheet and automatically filter to show just the rows which were duplications....


I've attached an example which hopefully makes it a bit more clear?! 'Source' is an example of the date I have, and 'Duplicate_Results' is what I envisage the results looking like.

Thanks for your help DILIPandey, but it doesn't seem to do the trick if I add new rows to the 'source' sheet?

I should have said that rows will regularly be added throughout the day to the source sheet and the idea is that the users of the tool/spreadsheet can run the duplicates macro or whatever on a regular basis through the day to find any duplicates - if they return duplicates they can then review them and take appropriate action.

another thing is that it doesn't need to return a duplicate if there is information entered in the "results" column (H in the example sheet) against each of the rows with the duplicated NomRef from Column A, though if that over complicates things too much then it's not the end of the world at all!
