Breakdown Cells with values seperated by ; to row based on combobox selection

Hi all,

This is my first post here at Excel Forum and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a spreadsheet filled with sample data of what I need to do.

Basically, I have it kind of working but need someone with expertise to help with the next part as I am new to VBA.

I have a form that filters down data based on a selection in a combobox to reduce down the size of that data for a later search. It then breaks down Column C that has values seperated by "; " into rows. I found this code elsewhere and not sure if it is the best way to do this.

There is going to be 3 comboboxs in the final version. One for region as that will always need to be selected, One for Column F and one for any of the other columns.

Based on the selection in the third combobox, if that is is Column C, I need Column C and Approver to breakdown, if it is Country I need Country and Approver to break down.
