    Copy/paste when source data changes

What I would like to do is take the data from one file's pivot table and put it into another document (without pivot table). The data that is being copied is generated depending on what time of day/interval the data occurs in.

My problem is that the data from weekdays occurs from 7:00 to 21:00 and the data from the weekends is 7:30 to 17:00. If I do a straight copy/paste it will not end up in the right rows.

I've attached a WEEKDAY, WEEKEND and then the document that it needs to be pasted into.
