Multiple selection from validation list in one box

Hi

I have created a validation list, and I have to enable it so the user of my template can choose multiple items from my drop-down list (I want it to be in one box seperated by comma).

First of all I have to say I am a newbie when it comes to excel, so its my first time to hear about VBA, and I don't know anything about coding at all, so I'm don't feel like the sharpest knife in the drawer right now:D

I found some different codes online which I tried to use without any success. So I hope that there is some who can help me with the coding.

The column in which I need the multiple selection choice is in column F(29-38).

Hope that there is some excel shark out there who can help me.

then after check the "same cell" sheet

there you will get your answer........

Can someone make multiple selections from the same list.. For example-if im filtering for HR and Finance employee data, can i select both at the same time?
