making the last row filled of every sheet to paste on the main sheet

hi,

my need is that the data of a client is present in the particular sheet.i want to copy the last row that contains the recent meeting with the client so to make it easy i want that the last row of each sheet should go on the sheet naming "MasterSheet" on which all recent info with client is to updated.so last row contains the data starting from column B and copies well on the mastersheet but i want the client name as well to be put up on the COLUMN A on the mastersheet.as client name is in the cell D1 of every client data sheet.


and whenever i add a new recent activity with the client in the specific client sheet it should change the recent info in the mastersheet of that particular client.


you get the requirements...is it ok?? please help

this line of code pastes well the info but not the client name and the further needs.

in every sheet the cell D1 contains the client name . the mastersheet contains the recent meeting info with the client that are copied from the other sheet containing all particulars present in the row.in short the data in a row is copied to the mastersheet.and i want the clinet name also goes present in cell D1 of any client data sheet..

it should be pasted in the column A in the master sheet as when the row is copied and pasted there is nothing present in the column A .so i want that column A of master sheet should have the client name that is present in cell D1 in all other sheets.

please help asap...

this is the file and u can understand that how to copy paste the data and the client name in the client row mentioned..the code is in "this workbook".

it works..but an issue that if i add the same update to the client info sheet that is add a new recent meeting so when i run the code it should overwrite the recent info present at the mastersheet .now it is putting the data in the new row..my need is that if i add a new info about the client then that row copies and see if there is the same client name present in the mastersheet and if present it overwrites the row and if not then go to the next row and do the same.. addding a new data in a client sheet should copy and paste to that particular row that has the same client name..

everthing is fine..is it possible if the serial number (S.no) column in the client sheet should not come while coping and then pasting it to the mastersheet. remove the column b in the mastersheet..is it possible ..please help... ..as it feels awkward while looking it in the mastersheet .

it is not ignoring the column of serial number.rather numbering it as 1. i want that it should not paste any value in master sheet as i will remove the serial number column from the mastersheet.
