Inserting white bullet

Hi again,

I've been scouring the net, but I can't find the character code for a white bullet ◦.

It's basically the opposite of

When I record a macro or copy and paste the symbol, it just shows a question mark (?). The unicode is 25E6, but whenever I type in ChrW(25E6) in my VBA editor, it returns as ChrW(25000000#) and a run time error.

Can't you just change font color to white from black?

Sorry, I guess I didn't mean the exact opposite of a black bullet, but I need a white bullet, with a black outline, like this ◦. Changing the font color to white would create a completely white bullet without the black border.
