Need to add # of rows to make 12 for each Agent

    Hello,

I am working with this output from another system and need to make sure that there are 12 rows total for each Agent between their name and the Summary row for themselves. The Tally# entries for each agent will differ each day, but will not be more than 12.

In the attached file, Agent 1 has one row under the Tally# heading. I have not figured out a macro that will add 11 more rows to that person as well as Agent 2, 3, and 5 while adding 9 rows to Agent 4.

The number of agents each day will differ as weekends has usually fewer working.

Thank you for any help you can give.

The code below does just what you ask with your example data: evenly divide each agent's
data rows into 12 rows, and insert blank rows as needed so that the summary row appears
at the end of the agent's block of 12 rows.

    Hello RBaggs48thNYVI,

    Welcome to the Forum!

The macro below has been added to the attached workbook. There is button labeled "Add Agent Rows" to run the macro.
