Excel user form- If/Then statement outcome to show on user form

User form Inventory has an If/Then statement that puts the outcome of If txtIssued >0 then txtReceived =0 which appears on sheet 3. This is works fine, I am curious is it possible to have that outcome show on the User form also. This way the user doesn't need to enter any data into that text field. I have attached my workbook.
