    OFFSET/MATCH function not returning values

    Hi there!
So I'm running into some difficulty with a spreadsheet I'm creating for work. Ultimately, I would like to use a drop down menu to select from a group of equipment, which in turn would then pull up previously entered training information from another worksheet.

I used the OFFSET/MATCH function in the upper portion of the table, by selecting an area own, the rest of the information is populated from another sheet, however I had to enter the same function into each individual cell. Is there an easier way to do that?

Back to the equipment portion... When I use a similar function on this, it is populating the value 0, and only in one cell.

Any help would be great, I'm attaching the sheet as well.

    Thanks,
    Missy

    HI mjwebb07

I see three queries in your post

    1. dropdown, 2. entering formula 3. zero values
For 1, can you show what values you want in that dropdown and which cell would be housing that?
For 2, I found the offset match function working properly in your sheet.. and you can simply copy paste this in rest of the cells.
For 3, For zero values, you can use if function as =if<your formula>=0,"",<your formula>)

In case of any issues, please mention specific cell which has issue and do mention what you wanted to see there .. thanks.
