my excel project is slow to open and save ,,,help plz

my excel project is slow to open and save i have tried every thing to make fast but cant
need an expert to solve it
i dont think thats the problem refer to size or macros,as test i tried to delete all sheets and i kept only one sheet (just for test size) and i tried to delete 70% of the macros (for test macros performance speed on start up) unfortunately that's not influence on the speed and it is still very slow,,
here is what i think its look like my excel project looking (on opening) to unused external links or another connections or some unused defined names(names with errors) ,coz this small project is extracted from another huge excel project .
you cant imaging how much time i waste for find solution speed but i coudnt i will be realy grateful if some body could solve this problem
    here is the file

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
