Need help modifying a find and replace macro.

Hi,
After poking around for a bit, i was unable for find an older post that had a macro to which i could 1) understand and 2) modify for my usage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the time being, i have been using this, but it where i want it to be.

I need help modifying this so that the macro will:
1) Read off of one sheet, Sheet1, which will have a list of things to search for in column A, and then replace with items in column B, throughout the entire workbook/worksheets.
2) unfortunately, the number of worksheet and column varies, so i cant not provide a specific range.

If this is a problem that has already been solved, please point me towards it... sorry, if this is a re-post.

maybe the changes should be made on any sheet except for Sheet1?
