VBA Code to REMOVE all VLOOKUP before saving as new file

I am using a macro to create a new file from a user form template. The template has a few vlookup cells (Customer name and address). The file saves fine, but when the new file is opened I get the message: Excel found unreadable content in file. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click yes. I click yes and then get the message: Removed Feature: Data validation from /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part. Is there a way to remove data validation and only save the values as text before saving the file?
