Need help on extracting data

I am not sure if this issue has been encountered before.

Anyone knows how to create a macro that extracts data form one worksheet to another, but only extracts the exact data for a column?

Not sure im making sense, let me draw some pictures:

Worksheet 1:Destination

scenario1.jpg

Will gather data from

Worksheet 2: Source

scenario2.jpg


Please help me. I am doing these things one by one and there are so many data on these 2 worksheets that may take me months to finish.

A macro would help me finish my tasks faster.

I would like to put all columns from Source (COL G:AF) to the last column in Destination (which would be col AR)

but this is considering that the first and last name match.

My brain is all out to think about this right now. So I'm stuck.

I do not understand how the input and output sheets are related. You should attach both sheets as one, one should show your input data and second sheet should show your desired result, but not on a separate book, one book will do. You need to show how your desired output is derived from the input sheet. As it is now, it is not clear to me.
