Increase cell value +1 on selection

I want to quickly change values to many different cells in a column while walking
Is it possible to increase a cells value just by selecting the cell?

Yes, please let us know whether it should happen in any particular sheet? or in particular range? what is the incremental value?

The cells to be increased by +1 each time will be in one column,Column B:63 to B:264
They may each need to be selected(increased by +1) several times

Sorry,the additional information you asked for
The sheet name is "Cleaning Specifications"
The incremental value is "1"
It will automatically become "1" if adjacent cell in Column "A" is >0
There are no other formulas in the cell range of column B

I am hoping to be able to use this on a iPad,either by accessing the workbook on the cloud,or better if it can be used without internet connection
If it can't be accessed properly without internet connection,will look to the new windows tablet that is s'posed to be coming out soon

Still I am not clear about the above quoted text. Can you please mention the exact ranges?

Have just made some additions to the spreadsheet ,it is now all the cells in column "B" from rows 73 to 274 inclusive
Each individual cell in this range,when individually selected,ought to increase its value by 1 each time its selected
This includes going from zero to 1 when selected
Do I need to have a name for this cell range for you?

It does add 1 even though column A has no value,but doesn't matter,this doesn't effect the great outcome

I ried to alter the target Range from A73:A274 to the range of A:87:A353 and then the same for the range B73:A276 to the range of B87:B353
I dont know whats happened but it is not working

I repopened the saved file and the alterations to the range was accepted and is working well,
The code that you gave me has enabled me to easily enter quotes now on an ipad instead of taking lenghty handwritten notes and then having to enter that information at a later time into the spreadsheet
