Search excel for equivalent persons / addresses

I would like the following.
I have an excel sheet which is full of names of persons, addresses, zip codes, cities and countries.

I woud like excel to search on equivalent words, like when I search on name "Jordan", and the name in the sheet is wrriten as "Jordam", that excel will find it. Also when there would be two Jordans in the sheet, one called "Jordan", and one called "Jordam", that it will find both.

Also with addresses, like if the address should be "Pall Mal Street" and when I search on "Pall Mall" then it should also find this one.

That's what I would like. Is this possible / doable?
