can i insert excel sheet in outlook ?

    hi every one
nice to be with you again .
this time i have a strange question , but i used to have answers to my dreams and questions from you.

now , i have excel sheet that contain my calculations and my formulas , and i fill the fields i take it as copy to out look to send it by mail to my customers ,

So , are there any way to work on my excel inside my mail page ?
it cost me many mistakes to copy and past the wanted fields in my sheet

Or are there any way to make macro to copy specific fields and send it to specific mail which wrote already in specific cell in my sheet ?

    kind regards,,

From within the mail item (for example, new message), select insert -> object (must be in html mode). Choose the create from file tab and browse for your excel workbook.

This will load the excel workbook into the outlook mail editor. If you need to change the excel sheets double click on the item and it will load excel as the editor for it.
