    Metric to Imperial

I have two pages in my workbook. Page one (Units) contain metric conversion factors. Page 2 (Data) is where I enter my data.

On the Data page I will enter the metric unit in column B and the imperial in column D

I need help writing a formula that would compare the B column and D Column on the Data page with the A&B column on the units page.. When a match is found then use the factor in column C.

I have tried using the VLookup function but I have not been successful getting it to work correctly.
    Any help would be appreciated.
