Loop through Column and return message box if criteria is met.

I want to search through Col B in my file, and if it finds "9999-99" in a cell, I want a message box to pop up that gives a message and stops the macro. If there are no cells with "9999-99" in column B, then I want it to finish the macro as usual. I don't know how to write the loop statement to do that. File is attached.

My macro is housed in a different workbook, but this is the file that it will review.
