mailto: with fields filled in for Outlook 2010

Hi all,
I'm trying to set up a mailto button that autofills information (for outlook 2010).

I don't even know if it can be done, but I'd like it to attach a file also.
The file is located in the directory: sheet 'Drive'
Filename: sheet 'Drive' cell A1 - (cell does not have extension .pdf that it may need)

The e-mail details are in sheet 'Drive'
Title - B5
Message - B6
To - B7
CC - B8.

Any input greatly appreciated!
