Macro for comprehensive search in historical values

Hi everyone,

I attach the data I am working with. My task is to replace cells C8, C11, C14, E8, E11, E14 with the values from columns S to X row-wise. So I want to replace C8 with S2, C11 with T2, C14 with U2 and so on. This has to be done for all 726 rows in columns S to X and the result from this exercise (the portfolio value : cell J17) to be summarized in a column (726 different porfolio values). Is this possible with a macro? Thank you very much in advance!
