CHeck boxes structure is changing when grouped into rows

Hello,

I created a sheet with multiple check boxes in different rows and grouped a set of rows to keep it easy for viewing. The grouping is working great for the first time but each time when I reopen the workbook all checkboxes are stacked into one cell. I have attached the excel sheet. Your replies are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
