Concatenating the contents of several cells in a select and then copying that string

    Hello Excel Forum.

It's me again. I have more badly formatted supplier stock lists to grapple with.
I don't know why they don't just send me the database table formatted lists because that's obviously what they start with before they pretty it up for printing but who works with paper lists in this day and age?

Essentially what I'd like to do now is have something that when I select an area works it's way down it, adding every bit of text it encounters to a string and then pastes that text to every cell in the area.

I'm envisaging this working for a column shaped area but I guess if the area was more than one column it'd be ideal to go down then across.

    So starting with:

    " "
    Apple
    Pink Lady
    Red
    " "

Note the empty rows in there (put " " to show them). Won't always be an empty row at the top and bottom but often enough. Selected area could be any height.

Outputting this back into the selected area:

    Apple Pink Lady Red
    Apple Pink Lady Red
    Apple Pink Lady Red
    Apple Pink Lady Red
    Apple Pink Lady Red

    Cheers.

That would be if it was one column - do you want it to do each column separately if you selected more than one? or have a new string for each column?
