Limit who can save

I have a workbook that I want everyone to be able to get into, but only two people can save. The code I have below works fine if I don't have the "Or...." section, but I need both because I want both people to be able to save (ideally what I'd like to do is pop up a message saying "you're not Jomili or the other guy, so you can't save. Sorry!"). Any help is greatly appreciated..

Dumb me. With "Or", no one can save. I changed it to "And", and lo and behold! It works!
