List from another list in other another sheet

Hello!

I am doing a workout planner and I would like to make a first list that are for bodyparts, so we can choose the one we like. Then, depending on the value in the other cell, I would like that we could choose an exercise in the list that is related to that bodypart. Then, when this exercise is chosen, I would like to make the image of the exercise appear.

Do you know how to do that?
