need macro to delete all tabs but 1 from multiple excel files and save each as a csv file

I get 84 downloaded excel files daily with multiple tabs (same tabs) on each.
I need a macro to delete all tabs but 1 from each of these excel files and convert (or save) the entire group as multiple csv files.

Then I plan to combine the csv files into one file which I already know how to do. I am not an expert with macros but have used them before and am okay with function use. I could not find a function to perform any of this and appreciate any help given.

I found some code by Chance2 and also dominicb from 5.6.2005 posted to a similar post so the first part of deleting the extra tabs is good but I still need to know how to save multiple excel files as csv files with a macro. Thanks!

You can only save one sheet in a workbook as a .csv file, would deleting the other sheets be necessary?
