Runtime error 1004 paste method of worksheet class failed

Hi,

I recorded a Macro and now trying to run but I'm getting the following error messgage

"Runtime error 1004 paste method of worksheet class failed"

Would this be caused by me copying and pasting data from another spreadsheet to the spreadsheet I am recording a macro on? When I select 'debug" the following text is highlighted yellow.

ActiveSheet.Paste
