Workbook VBA Project Reference will not migrate form Office 2010 to Office 2002

I have a workbook that contains macros that allow export of data in Word Format. However the workbook was designed using Office 2010 and when tried with Office 2002 missing Reference to "Office 14 Word Object Library" is noted.

All other References though migrate ok.

I have added code to remove all References by GUID reference numbers on exit and reintroduce them on load. This works together with some late binding for some features not supported between 2010 to 2002.

I would rather not do this as I want to give the workbook to others to use and this requires "Trust access to VBA project object model" to be set.

This is my first post, so I hope explanation is clear.

You should create the files in the oldest version not the newest.
apps will automatically upgrade references to latest but can not down grade.
