Help with combo box in VBA

I am rather new to VBA but i have created a user form but just a basic fill in the textbox. I have looked all over the internet for a basic code to use for the combo boxes and change accordingly for each. I am trying to create a userform with multiple combo boxes, with 4 different list to which they will refer. attached is the screen shot of the userform its self so you can see what i am trying to do. here is each box will refer to each list
Score=score
empathy=list
valued=list
brand=list
listen=list
interaction=list
resolved=IR
