Print nth row with header

Ok, I have looked at vba coding but cannot quite find the one that i need. I need to be able to print the first four rows with the header and then every 31st row with header. So the first page will print the room that has four students and then after that each room holds 30 students so I have to print those out with the header at the top. There is actually 600 rows to the document I have to do it with. I have attached a sample of what the print out looks like Thank you.
