Hi there,
As you're using at least Excel 2007 (or later), you don't need a macro as the capability to do this exists in those versions. To do this, follow these four steps:
1. Select the entire dataset (A2:L31 in your posted example)
2. From the Data Tools tab within the Data ribbon click Remove Duplicates
3. Click the Unselect All button from the Remove Duplicates dialog and then click the Customer Number option
4. Click OK
For this and macro solutions see here.
Regards,
Robert

Robert,
That removes duplicated but what it doesn't do is move the shows or packages that they have seen to the row that stays before the extra rows are deleted. I want the information in columns K, L and M. Is there a way to have that happen?
Thanks,
Stephanie
