Getting the content of cells in a row ABOVE a selected range..in VBA

Hi,

I have coded the following procedure and where I get to NomAction I am not entirely sure how to get the contents from the cell for Each Action..

The idea is I have a spreadsheet with certain NAMES above the content in each column.. but I do not include this row above the data range I select for Ensemble Actions... How can I get it? The string value that is in the Cell above the first cell of my range in the column?
You'll see it in the spreadsheet here. In Actions are the titles in the first row. I want those to appear under Fonds in the sheet Analyse Statistique..

No, hehe, I like alternating between google docs and this upload.. plus google docs lets me remove later certain files I wouldn't like around the web (parts of my project)
