conditioning eMailing from cell value, Excel VBA

This is a complaint registration format in shop floor of manufacturing industries. It has 2 sheet one in database and other is entry form. der is a column "Source of Defect" and my problem lies in this field. Der can be 8 types of source of defect......for each source of defect a mail should be generated to diffrnt responsible person.....

So plz help me out.
