One master sheet, some row information copied to one or more sheets based on Y/N validatio

I am new to excel macros, I have viewed multiple tutorials through You Tube. But I need some guidance.

I would like to have a workbook, where information is entered once (Name, DOB, etc., basically columns A-G) and Y/N values are entered into Columns H-M (Recommended Referrals H-M). The workbook would consist of 7 sheets: the Master sheet where information is entered once and 6 additional sheets labelled Referrals H-M, where information is copied and transferred on the next available row if a Y value has been entered in any or all of the columns H-M.

Example: If I entered Y into Column H & K, the row information (from columns A-G ) would be transferred to worksheet labelled Referral H & Referral K at the next available row. I work with young children and have to add children to multiple referrals lists. If I enter Y in column H & K, I would like to know that the child's information has been added to any number of necessary referrals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, you seem to have the idea. The idea seems so simple, but as a newbie to excel, this is both challenging and incredibly intimidating. I just want information to be transferred to the appropriate referral page based on whether a Yes is entered. I can't read how you did it, because I only have Excel 2010 on my computer, and the file is reading in default 2007. So based on your sample if i enter yes in H, the data from a-g will be copied to H sheet on the next available row. However, if i entered Y to h, i, j, k, l, and even m, the data from a-g would transfer to sheets h-l, on their next respective available lines as well? Your help is greatly appreciated!!!
